Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the exact condition you received it—unworn, unused, with original tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or order confirmation.

To start a return, email us at julixsmuthoni@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you full instructions on where and how to send your package. Items sent back to us without reaching out first will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, email us right away so we can fix it for you.

Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items Certain items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, custom or personalized orders, and personal care products (like skincare and beauty items). We also cannot accept returns on hazardous items, sale products, or gift cards. If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, feel free to contact us.

Exchanges: The easiest way to exchange an item is to return the original item once approved and then place a new order for the item you want.

European Union 14-Day Right of Withdrawal If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason. The item must still be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know if your refund is approved. If approved, the payment will automatically go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that your bank or credit card provider may take extra time to post the credit to your account.
